Personal Belongings – Friendly Reminder

Your belongings are important, and while we strive for a secure environment, we can’t take responsibility for any lost or damaged items around our dive center. To ensure your valuables are safe, consider storing them in a secure spot and, before diving, take off any precious jewelry. Unfortunately, we can’t be held accountable for belongings lost or damaged on-site, so it’s best to avoid bringing valuables to the dive site. Your cooperation is truly appreciated!

 We’re very happy to have you join us for a diving adventure on your holiday! For the safety and well-being of all passengers, we  unfortunately cannot accommodate pregnant women on board, as the conditions at sea may pose potential risks. Additionally, infants or very young babies may not be suitable for boat trips due to safety considerations. We kindly request refraining from the use of alcohol or drugs before your activity. Your safety is our top priority, and we reserve the right to ensure you’re in the best condition for your activity. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated. Let’s make it a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!

Payment Details

To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit when booking ,securing your spot for the chosen experience. Kindly note that when you book, not only will we reserve a spot exclusively for your day of exploration, but we will also have turned away other adventurers. The deposit details will be provided to you before finalizing your booking. When you arrive on site, we kindly request full payment before the start of your course or dive package. Additional dives or courses can be arranged upon arrival, based on instructor availability. We accept cash or card payments. Unfortunately, we don’t accept checks, and please settle the full course price to ensure certification. Thank you for your cooperation!

Scheduling Guidelines

To ensure smooth operations, we strive to maintain punctuality. If you’re late for our scheduled departure, your dive leader may need to proceed without you, as we would have reserved your spot. Unfortunately, we can’t refund the dive trip in such cases, as we’ve allocated resources based on your booking, and it may affect others who wanted to join.

No Shows and Rescheduling Policy

A ‘No Show’ occurs when you miss a scheduled session without prior notice. Payments made for such sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a course or experience with less than  the required notice period 24hours, a rescheduling fee will not be applied. Rescheduling requests within 12hours will incur an extra charge. Cancellations made 24hours before the scheduled activity will receive a partial refund. Cancellations made within 12hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Change of schedule

Although we aim to stick to our planned schedule,we might need to adjust or cancel trips due to safety concerns, weather, or emergencies. If this happens, you will be offered a different date or a full refund  please talk to our management team with any questions or concerns. Keep in mind that our choice of dive sites is flexible.
