Pervolitsa: The Canyon

Pervolitsa bay offers a unique dive site where crystal clear waters connect with the surrounding landscape. The location is well known for its wall dives , offering the opportunity to observe the halocline phenomenon! Starting our dive and exiting the bay of Pervolitsa, we head south of the cape, exploring the deeper section of the wall. This path leads us to the entrance of the canyon, at a depth of seven meters.At the end of the canyon, we encounter a vertical wall, signaling the start of our return journey to the boat. On the way back, we explore the shallower section of the wall, offering a fresh perspective on the underwater landscape.
Along the way, divers can enjoy a rich variety of marine life, including octopuses, moray eels, groupers, lionfish, cuttlefish, and trumpetfish. It’s like a real-life underwater adventure — a thrilling, unforgettable experience that’s sure to leave you smiling!
