The Minnewaska III shipwreck, resting in the depths of Souda Bay, just a 10-minute boat ride from Kalyves Harbour, tells a silent tale of wartime history beneath the waves. This British ship was originally a cruise ship and later a warship. It is a ghostly reminder of World War I, providing a hauntingly beautiful dive experience. Divers descend into the remnants of this wartime vessel ,adorned with marine life of Souda Bay,creating a connection between the past and the vibrant present of the Mediterranean’s underwater realm.
